CANCELLATION / RETURNS
- The purchase of a course and/or e-Learning can only be returned as long as the e-Learning code has NOT been redeemed.
- Cancellation and a full refund of a course and/or
e-Learning is only possible if the e-Learning code has NOT been redeemed.
REFUND :
- NO refund is possible for an e-Learning. AFTER redemption of the e-Learning, we charge โฌ150 for incurred costs & administrative costs.
- A partial refund for a course is possible.
