The PADI Night Diver specialty lets you discover a completely different side of the underwater world. As soon as the sun sets, life underwater changes completely. During this course, you will learn how to dive safely and comfortably at night , while discovering a fascinating new world that often remains hidden during the day.
With your dive light in hand, you see how the reef comes to life and nocturnal animals emerge.
What does the specialty entail?
During this specialty, you will learn how to correctly plan and execute dives in the dark.
You will learn, among other things:
🔦 Diving with a primary and backup dive light
👥 Communicating with light signals underwater
🧭 Navigating in the dark
🤿 Safely entering and exiting the water in low visibility
🐙 Observe nocturnal underwater life
The course usually consists of 3 night dives , during which you gradually gain more confidence in diving in the dark.

To start this specialty, you must:
Be at least 12 years old
