PADI Dry Suit Diver Specialty
Would you like to dive comfortably in cold water or during the winter months? With the PADI Dry Suit Diver Specialty, you learn to dive in a dry suit, keeping you warm and dry during your dive. This allows you to extend the diving season and enjoy dive sites that might otherwise be too cold.
The course is offered by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors and is ideal for divers who want to dive more often in colder conditions.
What does this course entail?
During the Dry Suit Diver course, you will learn how to dive safely and comfortably in a dry suit. You will work on, among other things:
The different types of dry suits and their properties
How to properly put on and maintain a drysuit
Managing buoyancy with a drysuit
Correct use of air in the suit during the dive
Preventing and solving common problems
Safe ascent techniques with a dry suit
The course consists of theory and several practical training dives , in which you learn to handle the specific characteristics of a drysuit.

Be at least certified Open Water Diver (or equivalent)
